For individuals who have experienced a single concussion, the recommended treatment plan typically includes 3 to 4 healing sessions over a two-week period. Each session lasts 50 to 60 minutes and may require 10 to 14 hours of rest or sleep to recover fully, especially following the first two treatments.
If you’re traveling to my office in North York, it’s advisable to have someone accompany you and drive you home, as your brain may feel exceptionally fatigued after the session. For those coming from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel, I also offer mobile services and can bring my massage table to your location. Out-of-town full-day sessions: Starting at $1,000 per day.
Special discounts and package deals can be arranged for professional athletic teams requiring multiple sessions in a day.
